How do I configure and test SAP MDG cost center lock indicators with requestor submission and final approval by the MDG team?

Use Manage Cost Center - Governance to open an existing cost center, edit the lock-indicator UIBB, select the required posting/revenue lock checkboxes, run Check, submit the change request, and let the MDG approver approve it. After approval, verify the status becomes Final check approved and confirm the updated indicators in Manage Cost Center Master Data in S/4HANA.

In SAP MDG, cost center lock indicators are maintained through Manage Cost Center - Governance. The requestor opens an existing cost center, switches the lock-indicator section to edit mode, selects the required indicators, runs validation with Check, and submits the change request for approval. After the MDG approver approves the request, the status changes to Final check approved and the updated values can be verified in S/4HANA using Manage Cost Center Master Data.
