SAP MDG · MATERIAL REPLICATION
How do you configure SAP MDG Material replication using DRF, DRFOUT, and MATMAS IDocs?
Move approved Material changes from the MDG hub to connected systems with a deliberate DRF and IDoc design.
Activate the Material DRF prerequisites, configure the required outbound implementation and filters, then execute or schedule DRFOUT. Validate the generated MATMAS IDoc and the target-system update as one end-to-end process.
MDGIMGCentral Governance for Material → Activate Business Transaction Events
Activate the MDGM application required for Material DRF integration.
MDGIMGMDG Customizing → General Settings → Data Replication → Enhance Default Settings for Outbound Implementations → Define Outbound Implementations
Maintain or enhance the outbound implementation settings.
Execute directly or use a transaction variant in a background job
Run the outbound replication process with the prepared replication parameters.
